MSM had the pleasure to participate in the Seminar on The Contribution of Aids to Navigation and Tsunami Early Warning System to Maritime Safety in Indonesia organized by Dewan Hidrographi Indonesia (DHI) in Jakarta last August. The Seminar was attended by more than 60 delegates and scientists from leading organisations in the field in Indonesia; such as Centre for Hydrographic and Oceanography of the Indonesian Navy (Pushidrosal); Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management (BNPBB); Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG); Geospatial Information Agency (BIG); Indonesian Coast Guard (BAKAMLA); Agency of the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT; BASARNAS and Ministry of Sea Transportation (KEMENHUB), among others.
